Once you provide us the required space, which depends on the number of children enrolled, we will help set up the center as per your comfort, convenience, and safety requirements, including government-issued guidelines, infrastructure as per best practices internationally, hire the staff, regularly operate and manage the creche.

As per the amendment in 2017, every workplace with 50 or more employees should have a creche or daycare for the women employees, provided free of cost to the employee by the management. This is a company benefit extended to all, benefiting both male and female employees.

We can start with as little as 1500 square feet of space for a smaller center that accommodates less than ten children and proportionately increase the size based on growing requirements.

The initial requirement would be a shell space, which may be furnished as per the number of estimated children using the facility and the allocated budget.

The maternity benefit guidelines include provisions for maintaining a caretaker to child ratio, depending on the child’s age, and a supervisor to manage the facility responsibly.

They are decided as per the minimum wages applicable to the selected state.

Daily operation and management of a corporate creche require certain costs. These include staff training and motivation and ensuring that every child is kept safe and hygienic throughout the 8-9 hours of its operation. It also includes teaching and imparting developmental training to the children, the Corporate team’s oversight and reviews at periodic intervals as well as adhering to all regulatory norms mandated by the respective agencies.

Operations cost is a day-to-day cost based on actual expenses incurred, whereas management cost is basically our service fee.
